Tickets for our summer evenings are available at £59 per person.

The Undersea Odyssey tickets include a three course dining menu, immersive performance, live music, DJ and a whole lot of dancing!

Each booking will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis via www.thegardensociety.co.uk

Ticket(s) must be pre-booked online and are not available to purchase on the day.

All guests attending The Undersea Odyssey must be included on a pre-booked ticket, any guests not included on the ticket will not be permitted entry into the event. 

All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or over. We do advise this is an adult only event. However if you wish to bring children they will require a pre-purchased ticket, there are no menu alternatives for children.

Ticket(s) can be purchased up to 72 hours prior to the event date. 

All ticket(s) must be paid in full and upfront at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

All bookings are final, non-refundable and non-cancellable. 

We have a maximum capacity for each event. Please ensure everyone who wishes to join in the experience is included on the pre-purchased ticket as we are unable to issue additional tickets upon arrival.

Please select the date and the time of your experience carefully as transfers are limited based on availability.

Please ensure that you purchase a ticket(s) for each person in your group in one transaction and be confident that all of your party are able to attend before completing your purchase.

Additional ticket(s) can only be added 72 hours prior to your booking subject to availability  via your customer account online.

Once you’ve completed your booking online you will receive a menu order form to select your menu choices and add any specific dietary requirements.

Please ensure you submit your booking request form as soon as possible so that we can prepare for your event with enough notice to guarantee we can meet your needs.

Once your booking and purchase is complete, you will receive your unique booking email confirmation to the email address provided at the time of booking. 

Always check your spam folder just in case your tickets end up there. 

Your email confirmation will serve as a ticket and as a proof of payment for your booking.

Tickets must be presented upon arrival at The Undersea Odyssey entrance. Please either present your ticket on your mobile device or print a copy of your ticket for our events ticketing officer upon arrival. We will be operating a guest list on the evening, so please ensure all your guests details are correct on your booking form.

The Undersea Odyssey tickets are available Saturday nights throughout the summer

Arrivals from 7:00pm. 

Dinner and performances from 7:30pm.

DJ and dance floor open from 10:00pm – midnight. 

The Undersea Odyssey II is a mysterious world that combines immersive performance, dining, live music and more so it MUST start on time. Latecomers will certainly miss parts of the show and may miss parts of their meal. You will need to listen to our event staff and there will be times where it is necessary to queue.

Please understand that due to the nature of immersive theatre interaction, performances may overrun and there may be waiting times before and during the event.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free menu options are available.

Once you’ve completed your booking online you will receive a menu order form to select your menu choices and add any specific dietary requirements.

Please ensure you submit your menu order form as soon as possible so that we can prepare for your event with enough notice to guarantee we can meet your needs.

Your menu will be prepared according to your exact specifications, unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional dietary requests on the day. We must have all details of your guests menu choices at least 72 hours before your event. If we do not receive and confirm your order details by this time, please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refunding or transferring your purchase.

All starter dishes will be plated to share.

Additional drinks will be available to purchase from The Bar menu on the evening.

We will not permit additional food and drink to be brought into any event.

All bookings are final, non-refundable and non-cancellable. 

All cancellation requests must be made to reservations@thegardensociety.co.uk. As soon as you cancel your booking, your unique confirmation email ticket will become void and non-redeemable. We regret it is not possible to make refunds in respect of cancelled bookings.

Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed please advise us immediately.

In the event that a guest does not arrive for your booking, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be issued.

If we find it necessary to close the event for any reason we will offer you a full refund via the same method of booking or the option to book an alternative date, subject to availability.

If we have to make a significant change or cancel your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible.

If you arrive late for your allocated time or cannot make the event for any reason, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. 

We will not change event dates under any circumstances and cannot provide refunds for bookings missed.

Find us at The Garden Society, head to the entrance and look out for our underwater crew who will get you checked in and escort you to The Underwater Odyssey experience.

Arrive at The Garden Society, Allington Lane, Southampton SO50 7DD and park within the free car park available. 

Please make sure you have directions to The Garden Society. Basic directions are also provided on our website www.thegardensociety.co.uk

Directions should be used in conjunction with an up to date map.

Please make sure you have your e-ticket(s) ready to present.

Don’t forget to consider transport home after your event. Local taxi details can be found here.

Please note our toilet facilities are located outside and be aware that this is a working garden centre site and The Undersea Odyssey takes place within the agricultural buildings and grounds of this unique garden centre setting.

As you voyage with us dress to the nines with a wardrobe fit for an underwater adventure, let’s create this extraordinary world together. Fancy dress is optional.

The Garden Society is a wheelchair friendly environment, however we do require prior notification at the time of booking. Please contact reservations@thegardensociety.co.uk.

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of The Garden Society, its employees and guests and their health and safety.

Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of The Undersea Odyssey or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff during the experience.

We reserve the right to refuse our services or remove you and members of your party from The Garden Society, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to The Undersea Odyssey experience, our restaurant space or The Garden Society during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.

Guests are not permitted to smoke in the restaurant or within our public areas at The Garden Society. Smoking in our premises outside of the designated smoking areas will result in a £150 fine.
