Plant Policy

The Garden Society will replace or credit any hardy plant which dies, providing it has received reasonable care and is presented to us with proof of purchase.

Simply bring your plant into store, along with your proof of purchase and your plant label and we will happily either replace your plant for you or give you a full refund.

This guarantee is subject to you following the planting and care instructions supplied with the plant. Extreme climatic conditions may invalidate this guarantee.

For issues beyond our control, like pests and diseases, we cannot accept any responsibility beyond 14 days.

Cancellations will be accepted if made prior to receiving the dispatch note. After the items are dispatched, they can only be returned.

The Garden Society does not cover return shipping costs unless the items are faulty.

After receiving your items, you have a period of 14 days to return your order. Please contact us at orders@thegardensociety.co.uk first so we can advise on shipping live products safely, this may be different between species. As a general rule, please ensure the items are packed in the same way as you received them and shipped with an equivalent provider.

We send all our plants dry so they will be thirsty when they arrive. Make sure to give them a trim and an overnight water when first received.
If the plants have been damaged in transit please contact orders@thegardensocity.co.uk with 1-2 photos.

This guarantee does not affect or alter your statutory rights in any way.
