We continue to follow government guidance and regional guidelines across the UK. For all garden centres and restaurants that are open, social distancing measures remain in place.

Dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a lead at all times.
Please sanitise your hands on entering the store using the hand sanitiser station provided at the entrance. You will also find sanitiser at our till points.
We've provided cleaning materials next to our basket and trolley stations for customers to use.
We have additional cleaning and hygiene measures in place across our store, including frequently sanitising commonly touched areas, paying special attention to check-outs and credit card pin pads.
We are only accepting card payments (chip & pin or contactless using a card or mobile device). Contactless limits are £45 for card payments, and £500 for apple pay and other mobile pay platforms.
It's mandatory for customers & colleagues to wear a face covering while in our store unless you are exempt or have a reasonable excuse.
Respect fellow customers and our team by maintaining a social distance of two meters at all times.
We have placed two metre floor markers throughout the store to help give each other space.
Please shop individually where possible. No more than two people per household, whether that be two adults or an adult and a child.
The Orangery Tea House restaurant remains temporarily closed until 17th May once government restrictions are lifted. Until then our takeaway service from The Bakery & Deli is available for consumption off site only.
The Tea Garden is available for customers with a reservation to dine outside from 12th April within our outdoor seating area only and in line with government guidance.
All other outdoor seating and furniture display areas remain strictly off limits.
All visitors are now required to check in to enter hospitality venues, not just one per group as before. Individuals can do this by checking in with the NHS Covid-19 app or, by providing their name and contact details at the till point. anyone who does not comply will be refused entry.
