REFUNDS & RETURNS

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Your total satisfaction is important to us, therefore all our products come with our own 28-day money-back guarantee. In addition, all our hardy plant stocks come with a full 5-year plant guarantee and you can find out more about this on our plant policy.
