Tickets for our Wreath School are available at £59 per person.

Bookings can only be made up to 72 hours prior to the event. All reservations must be paid in full and upfront at the time of booking to secure your experience.

All bookings are final, non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Tickets to our Wreath School include complimentary glass of fizz and a festive mince tart.

We will provide alcoholic and allergen alternatives on the night.

We will not permit additional food and drink.

All bookings are final, non-refundable and non-cancellable. 

All cancellation requests must be made to events@thegardensociety.co.uk. As soon as you cancel your booking, your unique confirmation email ticket will become void and non-redeemable. We regret it is not possible to make refunds in respect of cancelled bookings.

Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed please advise us immediately. 

The Garden Society follows fastidious safety protocols, from enhanced cleaning to comprehensive guest check-in, ensuring you have the comfort required.

Please select the date and the time of your experience carefully as transfers are limited based on availability and only up to 72 hour prior to your booking.

Please ensure that you purchase a ticket for each person in your group in one transaction. Additional seats can only be added 72 hours prior to your booking, subject to availability. Please let your host know if you wish to purchase additional bookings for your experience.

In the event that a guest does not arrive for your booking, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation and no refund will be issued.

If we find it necessary to close the event for any reason we will offer you a full refund via the same method of booking or the option to book an alternative date, subject to availability.

If we have to make a significant change or cancel your booking, we will tell you as soon as possible.

If you arrive late for your allocated time or cannot make the event for any reason, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. 

We will not change event dates under any circumstances and cannot provide refunds for bookings missed.

Arrive at The Garden Society, Allington Lane, Southampton SO50 7DE and park within the free car park available. 

Please make sure you have directions to The Garden Society. Basic directions are also provided on our website www.thegardensociety.co.uk

Directions should be used in conjunction with an up to date map.

Please make sure you have your e-ticket(s) ready to present.

Please note our toilet facilities are located outside and be aware that this is a working garden centre site and our Wreath School takes place within the agricultural buildings and grounds of this unique garden centre setting.

The Garden Society is a wheelchair friendly environment, however we do require prior notification at the time of booking. Please contact reservations@thegardensociety.co.uk.

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of The Garden Society, its employees and guests and their health and safety.

Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of The Wreath School or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff during the experience.

We reserve the right to refuse our services or remove you and members of your party from The Garden Society, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to our restaurant space or The Garden Society during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.

Guests are not permitted to smoke in the restaurant or within our public areas at The Garden Society. Smoking in our premises outside of the designated smoking areas will result in a £150 fine.
