Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings can only be made up to 72 hours prior to the event. All reservations must be paid in full and upfront at the time of booking to secure your experience. 

All bookings are final, non-refundable and non-cancellable. No concessions.

Latecomers will unfortunately miss parts of the show and their meal.

Tickets must be presented upon arrival at the entrance. Please present your ticket on your mobile device upon arrival. We will be operating a guest list on the evening, so please ensure all your guests details are correct on your booking form.

Please note that due to the nature of immersive theatre interaction, performances may overrun and there may be waiting times before and during the event.

Your menu will be prepared according to your exact specifications, unfortunately we cannot accommodate any additional dietary requests on the day. We must have all details of your guests menu choices at least 72 hours before your event. If we do not receive and confirm your order details by this time, please be advised that we reserve the right to cancel your booking without refunding or transferring your purchase.

All starter dishes will be plated to share.

A wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including themed cocktails will be available to purchase from The Bar throughout the night!

Once you have made your booking and menu choices we will follow up with option for you to purchase from our pre-order drinks package menu before your arrival.

We will not permit additional food and drink to be brought into any event.

If we find it necessary to close the event for any reason we will offer you a full refund via the same method of booking or the option to book an alternative date, subject to availability.

If we have to make a significant change or cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you arrive late for your allocated time or cannot make the event for any reason, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. 

We will not change event dates under any circumstances and cannot provide refunds for bookings missed.

Arrive at The Garden Society, Allington Lane, Southampton SO50 7DD  and park within the free car park available.

Directions should be used in conjunction with an up to date map.

Please make sure you have your e-ticket(s) ready to present.

Don’t forget to consider transport home after your event.

Please note our toilet facilities are located outside and be aware that this is a working garden centre site and the event takes place within the agricultural buildings and grounds of this unique garden centre setting.

There is free parking at The Garden Society, however please note parking is limited, so allow extra time and where possible travel together as the car park gets very busy.

Mini buses are allowed.

Please note that after the event is closed the site will be locked until opening hours the next day.

Fancy dress is optional and always welcome!

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of The Garden Society, its employees and guests and their health and safety.

Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff during the experience.

We reserve the right to refuse our services or remove you and members of your party from The Garden Society, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.

We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to the Winter Solstice experience, our restaurant space or The Garden Society during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing or damaged when you leave.

Guests are not permitted to smoke in the restaurant or within our public areas at The Garden Society. Smoking in our premises outside of the designated smoking areas will result in a £150 fine.
