EASTER COLOURING COMPETITION
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To enter the competition, complete the colouring page provided with the Treasure Map and drop it into our team at The Nature Collective.

Limited to one entry per child aged under 16.

The competition starts Friday the 29th of March and entries need to be in by the end of day on Sunday 14th of April.

Entrants can enter at any point between the dates stated on the competition post.

All entries must be submitted by an adult who is 18 years of age or older.

The prize for winning the competition includes a 30L BiOrb Classic Aquarium with Treasure Chest Decor Kit worth the retail value over £100.

The prizes are as stated and they cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services.

By entering the competition you accept and agree to our terms and conditions.

The winner will be notified by email on Monday 15th April and announced on social media. The winner will have 72 hours to respond to our email. If a response is not received within this time frame then an alternative winner may be selected.

Prizes are to be collected from The Nature Collective, Allington Lane, Fair Oak, Eastleigh SO50 7DD.

Winners will have a maximum of 4 weeks to collect their prize. If not collected after this period the prize will be given to an alternative winner.

No cash alternative will be given and no alternative prize will be given.

The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

You consent to your name being published on the digital channels or other media. The Garden Society is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party. Please see our privacy policy for more information.

By entering the Competition, you agree that anyone from The Garden Society may contact you in relation to the Competition. You must provide accurate contact details on notification.

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.

The Garden Society reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

Employees of The Garden Society and immediate family members of employees are not permitted to enter our prize draws or competitions.

If for any reasons beyond our control we are unable to provide the advertised prize, we will endeavour to provide the closest alternative possible and to a similar value.

Competition entries are unable to be returned, unless requested in advance.
