Dining Room
In this dining space, I've used colours of oyster shell and muscle with washed, relaxed linen on the table, soft arches and pops of enamel and organic ceramics to create a really calming and soothing space.
The Kitchen
The colour of the cabinetry in the kitchen extends onto the walls with a horizontal line, which follows the design of the river in the garden.
Glassy lights, iron accessories and this snow quartz worktop all make this space feel light and airy. This multi-use kitchen includes a soft seated area which extends into the garden.
The Garden
The garden is a real feature of the house and can be seen from all of the rooms. I've created these deep inky pros that split up the garden with a bridge over to a decked area.
Encapsulating the river is the planting, created to look like a river bank and in here I've used perennials, which add colour and movement, but also attract wildlife.
The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom continues the horizontal theme with the wall panelling and the stripe bedding, but it has a cool hip hotel vive in this space.
Puddling artwork with inky hues mirror that of the tiles used in the ensuite.
The Living Room
In the living space, the soft green picks up the river washed wood and the natural linen in the sofa.
The Children’s Bedroom
I've used this dark green for this mini adventurer's bedroom which is a real hangout space, complete with a climbing wall and clever, simple storage. The deep colour extends onto the ceiling, which is really cocooning in this space, creating a den for little one's.
The Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom uses deeper tones whilst continuing the horizontal theme, and that is picked up in the artwork and also the horizontal lines of the bed frame.
We've picked up accents of the river here using line drawings of The River Hamble in these simple prints.
The Studio Space
This spare bedroom has been styled into a studio space. We've used hard wearing and practical Karndean flooring in here. The light colours in the big windows allow the space to fill with light, which make it perfect for studying or working.
